The helical gears, made from 20CrMnTi, undergo carbonization and quenching, achieving a high precision level and improved bearing capacity and stability. The housing surface undergoes shot blasting after die-casting, followed by passivation treatment and plastic spray coating to enhance appearance and corrosion resistance.
