Last week, WUMA held a 2022 commendation conference and 2023 lean production launch conference. All employees and managements of the company attended the meeting.
Due to the disturbance of the epidemic, 2022 is a difficult year. In the case of the industry’s general decline, the company has achieved better results. At the launching conference of Lean Production, the teachers of the consulting company gave a simple lecture with core problem for the significance of lean production, the requirements for lean production to the employees, how lean production was carried out, and gave the majority of employees a large -scale class lesson.
