Half of 2022 has passed. In order to better summarize the past and look forward to the future, our company held a mid-year summary meeting on July 15, 2022. The management people of Wuma attended the meeting together.
In the morning, the content of the meeting was to summarize and analyze the company’s production and operation data in the first half of the year and the work achievements in the first half of the year, and summarized the work deficiencies in the first half of the year. The heads of various departments summarized and shared the work progress, problem analysis and work plan for the second half of the first half of the year.
General Manager Zheng Yu said that in 2022, we will experience challenges in all aspects, and there are many problems in the company’s development. In the afternoon, in the sharing session, the layout and progress of Qingtian Wuma Factory were deeply analyzed; craftsmen training objects shared their thoughts after Jianfeng training and the improvement effect of the implementation of the project on the workshop. In recent years, the company has strengthened the talent training and assessment mechanism, focusing on work needs and improvement, strengthening the talent echelon, and boosting the company’s development.
After the meeting, all the management staff expressed their thoughts on the meeting, clarified the company’s goals for the second half of the year, and said that under the leadership of President Zheng, they will continue to ride the wind and waves and create greater glories!
Changyi Island – Team Building Activities
On the evening of July 15th, the company organized the management to go to Changyi Island for team building activities.
Through each game, all personnel participate. The team members gradually formed a tacit understanding in the continuous cooperation. In the end, under the competitive efforts of each team, the Eagles embodied the team’s super combat effectiveness and cohesion and won the victory!
